Who we are…
Hi, I’m Sheridan, the heart behind Tallo Queen.
Like many mums and dads, I’ve spent countless nights holding my son’s hands trying to stop him from another scratch frenzy. Im a registered nurse and I searched hard for solutions to ours son’s skin problem. We went to the doctors and the hospitals when it was out of control. I literally spent $1000 at the chemist and online trying to find something that would help. Swimming would flair up his skin, going to childcare made it worst, I’d get his skin better, send him back to kinda and then it would be back again. I put filters on our bath, I eliminated toxins from our bathrooms, I wormed the whole family and even made bone broth.
What I really wanted was something I could put on his skin that wouldn’t sting and would provide relief. George, had been through months of suffering and we tried everything anti histamines, prescriptions, washes, moisturisers that would sting and bleach baths after the antibiotics had run out. He would scratch til his skin bled, I was washing his sheets daily and I was covering him up to hide the problem from everyone. Then one night I was putting tallow on my own face for anti ageing reasons and thought, this is what his skin needs. Something gentle, pure, and nourishing.
So, I rolled up my sleeves and began learning how to render and refine beef tallow, the traditional way. What started in my kitchen soon became a little miracle for our family’s skincare routine.
That’s how Tallo Queen was born, a simple, honest skincare line made with pure Australian beef tallow and carefully chosen essential oils. Our products are crafted to help keep skin soft, smooth, and hydrated, bringing back that natural glow without unnecessary additives.
Every jar is made with intention, care, and love — just as I first made it for my son.
